Dermal Fillers in Frisco, TX
Filler has a reputation problem, and most of it comes from seeing the results that went too far. What you do not notice is good filler, because good filler looks like a face that simply has not lost what it used to have. Frisco patients ask us for exactly that, and it is achievable with conservative dosing and a plan.
The Spa by RescueMD is a physician-supervised medical spa in Allen, about 15 to 20 minutes from Frisco, under the medical direction of Dr. Olubukola Okoro, MD. We are not located in Frisco — we are a short drive away, and a good number of our patients make that drive precisely because of the supervision.
Current Offers
RHA Collection — $675 per syringe (regularly $799)
All RHA fillers at $675 per syringe, saving $124. RHA is formulated to move naturally with your expressions, which makes it a strong choice for areas of the face that are constantly in motion. Daxxify can be added at $9.50 per unit.
Juvederm — 10% off all Juvederm fillers
Ten percent off the full Juvederm range. Botox can be added at $10 per unit.
Both offers include 10% off ZO Skincare or SkinBetter products.
What Dermal Fillers Do
Fillers restore volume that has been lost, rather than relaxing muscle. As we age we lose fat and bone density in the face, and skin loses its structure — cheeks flatten, the area under the eyes hollows, folds around the mouth deepen and lips thin. Filler replaces that lost volume, which lifts and supports the overlying skin.
Juvederm and the RHA Collection — What’s the Difference?
Both are hyaluronic acid fillers, which means both are reversible if you are ever unhappy with the result. Juvederm is the long-established range with a product formulated for almost every area of the face. The RHA Collection is designed specifically to move with facial expression, which makes it well suited to dynamic areas like the lines around the mouth. We carry both because different faces and different areas call for different products.
For patients interested in combining filler with a longer-lasting wrinkle treatment, Daxxify is another option we offer.
What We Treat
Lips, cheeks, the hollows under the eyes, smile lines and marionette lines, the jawline, and the chin. Some areas — particularly under-eye work — are technically demanding and are not appropriate for every patient. We will tell you if you are better served by a different approach.
Filler or Botox?
They solve different problems and are regularly confused. Botox softens lines caused by movement. Filler replaces lost volume. Lines you see only when you make an expression are usually a Botox conversation; hollowness, flattening and folds present at rest are usually a filler conversation. Most patients wanting a genuinely refreshed look end up using some of each.
What to Expect
Treatment takes about 30 to 45 minutes depending on the areas being treated. The filler contains lidocaine and topical numbing is available, so it is far more comfortable than people expect. You will see results immediately, though swelling means the true result settles over one to two weeks.
Bruising and Aftercare
Bruising is possible and most likely with lip treatment. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand and, if your physician permits, pause fish oil and NSAIDs for a few days. Afterwards, avoid strenuous exercise and heat for 24 hours. Do not book filler the week of a wedding or event.
How Long Do Fillers Last?
Generally 6 to 18 months depending on the product used and the area treated. Lips metabolise filler faster because they move constantly; cheeks and jawline typically last longest.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long do dermal fillers last?
Between 6 and 18 months, depending on the product and the area. Lips tend to be at the shorter end because they are constantly moving; cheek and jawline filler generally lasts longest.
Do fillers hurt?
Less than most people expect. The filler contains lidocaine and topical numbing is available. Most patients describe pressure rather than pain.
Are fillers reversible?
Yes. Both Juvederm and RHA are hyaluronic acid fillers, which can be dissolved with an enzyme if you are unhappy with the result or if a correction is needed.
What is the difference between Juvederm and RHA?
Both are hyaluronic acid fillers. RHA is formulated to move naturally with facial expression, making it well suited to dynamic areas. Juvederm has a long-established range covering almost every area of the face. Your provider will recommend based on the area and the result you want.
Will I look overdone?
Not with conservative dosing. We would rather treat in stages than overfill in one sitting. The overfilled look comes from too much product placed too quickly, not from filler itself.
How much bruising should I expect?
It varies. Lip treatment bruises most often. Avoiding alcohol beforehand and pausing blood-thinning supplements, where your physician allows, reduces the risk noticeably.
How soon will I see results?
Immediately, though there will be swelling at first. The settled result is visible at one to two weeks.
How far is your med spa from Frisco?
We are in Allen, about 15 to 20 minutes from most of Frisco — east on the Sam Rayburn Tollway and then a short run up US-75 to 945 Stockton Dr., Suite 6140.
Do you have a location in Frisco?
No. We have one location, in Allen at 945 Stockton Dr., Suite 6140, and we serve patients across Frisco, Plano, McKinney and North Dallas from there. Keeping a single site is deliberate — it is how we keep the same team and the same physician oversight on every treatment.
Is parking easy?
Yes. There is free parking directly outside the suite, which is a meaningful difference from the shopping-centre locations many aesthetic clinics operate from.
