Botox in Frisco, TX
Frisco patients tend to arrive with a specific request: soften the lines, but do not make it obvious. That is a reasonable ask, and it is entirely a question of dosing and placement rather than product. Over-treatment is what produces the frozen look people are trying to avoid — not Botox itself.
The Spa by RescueMD is a physician-supervised medical spa in Allen, about 15 to 20 minutes from Frisco, under the medical direction of Dr. Olubukola Okoro, MD. We are not located in Frisco — we are a short drive away, and a good number of our patients make that drive precisely because of the supervision.

What Botox Actually Does
Botox temporarily relaxes the specific muscles that crease your skin when you frown, squint or raise your eyebrows. Relax the pull and the line above it softens. It works on lines caused by movement — which is why it does nothing for volume loss or sun damage, and why an honest consultation matters before you book.
What It Treats
Frown lines between the brows, horizontal forehead lines, and crow’s feet at the outer corners of the eyes. The forehead is treated conservatively, because that muscle also holds your brows up — over-treating it is what produces the heavy, flat look people are afraid of.
If you’re also concerned about fine lines and wrinkles, we can discuss treatment options based on the cause of the lines.
How Many Units Will I Need?
Frown lines alone are often around 20 units. A full upper-face treatment is more commonly around 40. Men usually need more, because the muscles are stronger. You will get an exact number and an exact price before anything is injected.
Botox or Daxxify?
We offer both. Botox typically lasts three to four months. Daxxify is the longest-lasting option available, with results up to six months, which suits people with strong muscles or a schedule that makes frequent appointments a nuisance. Neither is universally better — the right one depends on your face.
What to Expect
Treatment takes about 15 minutes. The needle is very fine and most people describe a quick pinch. There is no downtime — stay upright and skip strenuous exercise for four hours, and avoid rubbing the area. You will start seeing results in three to five days, with the full effect at about two weeks.
Natural Results, Not Frozen
The frozen look comes from over-treatment, not from Botox itself. We dose conservatively by default and would rather add a little at your two-week review than take too much movement away on the first visit. Done properly, people tell you that you look rested — not that you have had something done.
Getting Here from Frisco

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does Botox last?
Typically three to four months, varying with the area treated, your dose, muscle strength and how consistently you treat. Patients who treat regularly often find it lasts longer over time.
Does Botox hurt?
Very little. The needle is extremely fine and most patients describe a brief pinch. The whole appointment takes about 15 minutes.
When will I see results?
Most people notice a change within three to five days, with the full effect visible at about two weeks.
Will I look frozen?
Not if it is dosed properly. We treat conservatively and review at two weeks so we can add a little if needed, rather than taking away too much movement up front.
How many units will I need?
Frown lines alone are often around 20 units; a full upper face is more commonly around 40. Your provider will give you an exact number at your consultation.
Is there downtime?
No. Stay upright and avoid strenuous exercise for about four hours and do not rub the treated area. Otherwise you can go straight back to your day.
Can men get Botox?
Yes, and a growing share of our injectable patients are men. Male facial muscles are generally stronger, so the unit count is usually higher.
How far is your med spa from Frisco?
We are in Allen, about 15 to 20 minutes from most of Frisco — east on the Sam Rayburn Tollway and then a short run up US-75 to 945 Stockton Dr., Suite 6140.
Do you have a location in Frisco?
No. We have one location, in Allen at 945 Stockton Dr., Suite 6140, and we serve patients across Frisco, Plano, McKinney and North Dallas from there. Keeping a single site is deliberate — it is how we keep the same team and the same physician oversight on every treatment.
Is parking easy?
Yes. There is free parking directly outside the suite, which is a meaningful difference from the shopping-centre locations many aesthetic clinics operate from.
